“Timeless interiors, overlooking the Connecticut River. A stately period Federal on the Connecticut River and one of my favorite projects – required complete renovation / restoration, roof to cellar. The main staircase in the grand foyer was reversed to allow direct access to the owners home office in the lower level. The French green library, everybody’s favorite, was formerly a collapsed, open, side porch literally falling off the side of the house. Custom moldings and trims throughout are of my own design. The breakfast room and kitchen were formerly a stable “L” now feature tall French doors and hand wrought iron rails leading up to the second floor family room. The master bedroom and bath were formerly a warren of dilapidated servants and store rooms above the stable.”
